How should I package my item?

One of our most common challenges is receiving packages where multiple metal items have been thrown into a box without any proper packaging to protect them from clanging against each other. Please make sure your packages are properly wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap if necessary. Keep in mind we have to unpack them, and if your order takes longer than ten minutes to pack and unpack at our shop, you will be billed shop time at $60 per hour to deal with your packaging. We prefer to receive items with reusable packaging, where it is easy to unpack your items for preparation and processing.
